As humans we are not always very good with
change and most of us would avoid it altogether if we could! Unfortunately
change is a part of life and it is something that we all need to go through
periodically to progress.
Of course there are changes that we
actually look forward to, such as a new car, makeover or a new relationship. –
For most of us change represents uncertainty and with this comes insecurity.
Personal growth is very important to our
journey through life and is very important for us when we have dreams and
aspirations that we hope to fulfil.
We all want to be:
- Happy and satisfied
- Live our lives happily
- Live a life without worries or cares
Most of the time all these things can only
be achieved when we are willing to make a change in our lives, what that change
is will depend on what you want to achieve of course.
So how do you know that it’s time for a
major life change?
- When you are always looking or thinking about the past and refusing to look at the present.
- When you feel numb to your life, if you feel like you have lost passions and any motivation to enjoy the things you used to.
- When you’re relationships don’t feel real anymore.
- When you feel as if you are settling for something even though it’s not what you really want.
- When your mind drifts into a fantasy land where you imagine better ways of being.

fear change - embrace it.” - Anthony J.

If
you can relate to any of the above, it’s probably time you think about making a
change in your life. It’s perfectly normal to feel anxious when you are about
to do something new and different, but knowing that it is necessary can make
things easier to deal with.
What’s
the worst that could happen?!
Take some time to reflect on what it is
that you really want from life, and you will realise what you need to change in
order to be happier. Let go, and believe that things are not going to get worse
for you and change can only mean good things!
Remember there is nothing to fear!
