Study!! Most of us will admit that when it comes to studying, we tend to
procrastinate a lot, and retreat into other things that we wouldn’t usually
like doing… such as chores!

The guide has activities and useful
information which compliments the program perfectly, and you will be able to
really start to change your life once you have completed this guidebook.
This weekend, find a quiet space away from
the family and begin to read and to the activity for day one.
Remember it is important to do one section
per day, do not do more than one…. This will just confuse matters and cause you
unnecessary stress!
